Seminar Facility
The Seminar Center is Available!
Our Seminar Center is available for your use to conduct seminars, team meetings, forums, discussion groups, etc. Dependant upon the configuration that you chose, seating capacity may accomodate up to 70 audience members. With tables in front of each audience member, the center can handle as many as 27 participants. Many other configurations are possible. Contact us to arrange a tour of the center and to set an available time period in advance. Spots fill quickly and changes to the schedule happen frequently, first come first served, so don't put off confirming your date on our calendar.
Usage Fees
- Monday thru Thursday — $100.00
- Friday — $150.00
- Saturday — $150.00
Each of these are for three (3) hour time periods, with an hour before and after for setup and breakdown. Time periods that are less than three (3) hours are $50.00 for the first hour and $25.00 each additional hour.
- Full day Saturday or Sunday is available for $250.00
- A projector for PowerPoint® presentations is also available for an additional $30.00 per three (3) hour time period.
- An overhead projector is available at no additional charge.
- Facility also has a restroom and full sized kitchen with refrigerator and stove.
Setup instructions must be received and confirmed 3 days in advance of your scheduled time period. Key and alarm arrangements may also be necessary at this time.
Additional conference room space is available for $25.00 per hour.
