"Who you gonna call" when ...
- You and your spouse or partner are splitting up, you're yelling at each other, the kids are choosing sides, and you already have more debts than you can handle?
- A neighbor or relative has spread embarrassing (and, maybe, false) stories about you?
- Your HOA members are in open warfare and rules are being flaunted?
- The congregation has split into two (or more) camps and members are threatening to leave?
- A manager and key employee can't work together productively?
- Your business partners want a "regime change"?
- Your liability insurance can't handle another claim from a dissatisfied customer?
"Who you gonna call?"
The Dispute Busters, of course.
The Dispute Busters of the West Valley Mediation Center are highly skilled in the fine arts of mediating disputes, controlling emotions, communicating concerns and interests, resolving differences, and helping you create solutions to these serious and often complex problems.
Bring us your divorce and family disputes, neighborhood or HOA arguments, business disagreements, employment conflicts or other problems, and let us resolve them—quickly, inexpensively and without ruining your relationships.
The "Mandorla"
The two intersecting ovals at the top of this page are called a mandorla – an ancient spiritual symbol for the interactions of opposing forces or worlds. Some of you may identify the circles with junior high math where you learned that the overlapping area represented common elements between two groups. Our job at the West Valley Mediation Center is to help you discover and agree upon those common elements.
